We only send to the UK and EU countries.
We no longer ship to countries outside of the EU.
Major change to Royal Mail Charges 02/04/2013
Postal charges for royal mail are now volumetric as well as weight based. As our products vary greatly in volume this causes a major problem in correct charging for Royal Mail parcels.
For weights under 2kg. there are 2 sizes, one for orders which will fit a box maximum 8cm. high and then any other size.
Charges are - up to 1kg. including packaging £2.60(small box) or £5.20(large box)
up to 2kg. including packaging £5.60(small box) or £8.00(large box)
We will charge you for the larger box size and refund the difference if we can fit it into the smaller size.
In most cases it will now be cheaper to use our UKmail courier service at £5.50 up to 2kg. £6.00 up to 4kg and £6.95 for up to10kg. with a 1 -2 day tracked service.
Orders received before 1.00pm. are usually, but not always, sent out the same working day. Orders containing live or frozen products are only shipped Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to allow for any delay by the courier. We will inform you by e-mail when your order is despatched. If you have not received it within 2 working days please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been despatched we cannot be held responsible for delays by the courier company. Most UK orders are delivered the next working day after despatch but occasionally delays occur and it may take an extra day or two before your order arrives. Oversea orders usually take 4-5 days for delivery.
We always request a signature on delivery. If the premises are unattended, delivery may be delayed. Uk customers can leave instructions for safely leaving an order without signature in the notes box in the checkout basket.
Customs regulations and restrictions vary from country to country. We are not liable for any delays or siezure by Customs Departments of the receiving country. It is your reposibility to check the legality of any product sent to you. You are liable for any Customs charges
DELIVERY CHARGES.
Delivery charges are calculated by weight and destination. There are 3 UK delivery zones and a number of zones for the EU destinations.
You can check delivery costs from the checkout basket. Click the shipping button and enter your country and post code(UK only).
UK SHIPPING CHARGES.
We charge the actual cost of carriage. We do not inflate the price of products so that we can offer reduced or "free" carriage.
All couriered parcels are trackable. The costs of sending a parcel are made up of courier charge plus fuel surcharge plus Vat.
We use UKMail couriers for most shipping. This is a tracked service and for most of the UK is a 1 - 2 day service. Any delays are usually sorted out within 24 hours.
The UK is split into 4 Zones.
Zone 1 is mainland England Wales and parts of Scotland.
Up to 2kg - £5.50.
Up to 4kg - £6.00.
Up 10kg - £6.95.
Up to 40kg - £8.00.
Zone 2 is the most of the Highlands.
Up to 20kg - £18.00.
Up to 40kg - £22.00.
Zone 4 is the Isle of Wight and the Scilly Isles
Up to 20kg - £14.00
Up to 40kg - £15.00
Zone 3 is the rest of UK NI and islands.
Up to 20kg - £23.00.
Up to 40kg - £24.00.
